[Mimedefang] IPv6 Support

Just for the archives, the problem is fixed now:

When recompiling sendmail with NETINET6, I forgot that libmilter
has to be recompiled and reinstalled aswell (this isn't done by the usual
Sendmail rebuild). After recompiling libmilter with NETINET6 and a recompile of
Mimedefang, IPv6 works fine with Mimedefang.
