There are several apt-for-RPM repositories around that work
with redhat.  This (http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/)
one appears to have MimeDefang packaged so it should pull
in the dependencies for you.  I've been using a different
repository with some conflicts in the base system so I haven't
used it myself but I'd expect it to do everything except
fix your sendmail.cf.
