[Mimedefang] Can't locate Unix/Syslog.pm

A deletion, reboot and re-install of Unix::Syslog -0.99 was required.

Thanks for the pointers David.  It always helps to have someone else to 
chat with about these issues.

BTW a restart of the mimedefang daemon is now stable again.
