[Mimedefang] action_defang() is a no-op? (MD 2.33)

No, I don't.

Why wouldn't it be?  It's the first thing I do in filter().

sub filter {
	my($entity, $fname, $ext, $type) = @_;
	if (filter_bad_filename($entity)) {
		action_defang($entity, "", "", "text/plain")
	}
...
}

I don't get it.  I sent myself an EXE file and it arrived intact. EXE is 
part of the RE used by filter_bad_filename().
