Yes, I noticed this as well and am trying (in my own little way) to work on
it.

Apparantly there's also a bug in the SA 2.5x code where DNSRBL rules don't
always work:

My system: RH 8
MD:    2.32
SA:    2.55

When using MimeDefang versions greater than 2.32
SpamAssassin rbl in versions 2.55, 2.54 and 2.53 
does not work anymore. I switch back to MD 2.32 and 
all is good.  Has anyone else noticed this ?
