This is great improvement, and I have some comments which may make it a
little better as well.

First of all, if we are accounting the entire Email Flow for the
Servers, then we need to place this information OUTSIDE of the
SpamAssassin check, and Before the return for rejected messages.  These
additions incorporate a BETTER Accounting of the Email Traffic sensed on
the network, and facilitate a more CPU Friendly attempt at this
accounting when it occurs rather than later (as I was attempting to
implement in the Email Log scan).

Thanks for the improvements and I hope that my comments help to get
these information into the Graphdefang FAQ for others to use as well!
