I have a custom rule that adds 5 points if the body contains "<img".
I realize this is drastic, but I hardly ever get valid HTML mail, and
I never get valid HTML mail with images in it.

(Of course, *this* particular e-mail will trigger my rule and have to
be released from the trap. :-))
