[Mimedefang] Heads up for SA + DNSRBL users

Just a quick warning to those making use of the DNSRBL tests in 
SpamAssassin--looks like ORBS has gone the way of the dodo, so if you 
don't disable that particular test by putting:

RCVD_IN_ORBS 0

in your /etc/mail/spamassassin/sa-mimedefang.cf, you'll incur huge 
delays.

Another option is to set rbl_timeout to a value lower than the 30 
second default.
