I've taken your suggestion and I have implemented the

         md_log('mail_out',,$RelayAddr);
     } else {
         md_log('mail_in',,$RelayAddr);
     }

While I can see the mail_in entries in the Logfile now, I do not see any 
Mail_Out entries.  Is there additional configuration information I 
missed in the FAQ on your Web Site?
