[Mimedefang] Problem with Changing Case 'M' in mimedefang.c?

Is there a problem w/ changing Case 'M' in the mimedefang.c?

        case 'M':
            /* New content-type header */
            break;


This is what I'm making it because I'm not an expert code writer and
somehow, my html emails are getting screwed up (coming from outlook or
outlook express).
