[Mimedefang] md_log - How to Prevent Writing a Log Entry for Each Recipient

How can I write to syslog with md_log without having md_log repeat entries for
each recipient (md_log loops through @recipients, printing a line for each)?
Is there some other log routine that I should use instead? I could recode my
routine so it gets called for each recipient, but the routine is interested in
recipients AND senders.
