[Mimedefang] bounce e-mail the once and not for all recipinets

The thread about "and now for something completely different" solved my problem,
since md_log() creates a log entry for every Recipient on the e-mail.
So, syslog will have 500 log entries for 1 message but it is processes 
and bounced once.
