[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.31-BETA-7

Hi,

MIMEDefang 2.31-BETA-7 is at http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/#download

I hope this is the last beta before 2.31-Final.  Major changes include
support for two new virus scanners (F-Risk Fprotd, and Symantec
CarrierScan Server.)  If you have either of those scanners, I'd appreciate
it if you could test this version.

Changelog relative to 2.30 follows.
