[Mimedefang] discarded messages

If those directories contain files called INPUTMSG, these should be the
complete original mail. I think you could put them back in your local queue
by invoking sendmail with the -t switch. From each directory:

cat ./INPUTMSG | /usr/sbin/sendmail -t

The -t switch tells sendmail to read the message headers to determine who to
send the message to. Someone else correct me if this won't work...

Subject: [Mimedefang] discarded messages

hi,

i had some messages inadvertantly discarded while attempting to implement
CLAMD/CLAMAV support. the messages are located in
/var/spool/MIMEDefang/mdefang-* directories.

is there any way for me to reintroduce these messages into the delivery
stream so the recipients will get these messages?

thanks

alan
