[Mimedefang] SA 2.51?

Not sure if everyone is on the SA mail list so here is the link for a patch
to make SA 2.51 work.  I have SA 2.51 working with 2.30 just fine with the
patch applied below.

Please note that I do not know if the problems seen for your installation
will be corrected by this patch.  It fixed the specific problem I was seeing
right after the upgrade.  Also, I do not believe it was anything specific to
MD.
