How do you find out what the meanings of the error headers are?

For example, let's say I have a mail that was flagged as SPAM and gives me 
the headers like this:

BAYES_10,IN_REP_TO,QUOTED_EMAIL_TEXT,USER_AGENT_MACOE,USER_IN_BLACKLIST

Where can i find out what each of these mean? Some are obvious, but some 
are not.
