[Mimedefang] Virus scanner tempfail can cause RFC2821 violation

Folks,

A problem with a virus scanner after the DATA command has been
issued causes a violation of RFC2821, section 4.1.1.4:

    ... If the processing is successful, the receiver MUST send
    an OK reply.  If the processing fails the receiver MUST send
    a failure reply.  The SMTP model does not allow for partial
    failures at this point: either the message is accepted by the
    server for delivery and a positive response is returned or it
    is not accepted and a failure reply is returned.

Here's an example of this happening.  Fixing the problem with the
virus scanner stopped this happening.

    mimedefang.pl[18706]: Problem running virus scanner: code=2, category=swerr, action=tempfail
    mimedefang.pl[18706]: filter: gAQMWZGP020361:  tempfail=1
    mimedefang[20363]: Tempfailing because filter instructed us to
    sendmail[20361]: gAQMWZGP020361: Milter: data, reject=451 4.7.1 Problem running virus-scanner

I'm not sure if there's a good solution to this other than simply
ensuring your virus scanner doesn't "tempfail".
