[Mimedefang] trophie and mimedefang

Followed suggestions and help I got from this list, I am now running 
trophie and spamassassin through mimedefang 2.30.  It seems working fine, 
but I would like to confirm a couple things:

Here is how I start each program:
     root#  /usr/local/bin/trophie -D
     root# /etc/init.d/mimedefang start
     root# /usr/lib/sendmail -L sm-mta -bd -q30m
     root# /usr/lib/sendmail -Ac -qp2m

Is this the correct way to start ?

Am I right that once trophie scanned the message it will pass it to 
mimedefang for spam scan?
