Assuming the installation went OK, my guess would be that it has something 
to do with action_rebuild(), append_html_boilerplate(), or 
anomy_clean_html().  Are you calling any of these?

If you're only using SA through MD, and not through procmail, none of these 
options should have any effect, since MD only uses SA's scanning capabilities.

(Incidentally, is append_boilerplate() completely gone, or just deprecated?)
