[Mimedefang] $action eq "quarantine"

Hi i was wondering what exactly gets treated as "suspicious" when enabling
the line below in mimedefang-filter:
$FoundVirus = ($action eq "quarantine");

I now have several bounced messages which contained Word documents, are all
macro's treated as "Suspicious"? 

I am wondering if enabling the rule is any good, the documents that get
blocked should go through but what else am i letting through when i disable
the rule ?
