[Mimedefang] Spool directory problems too many files

What version of MIMEDefang are you using?  Are you quarantining messages?

You should be running at least 2.33, which cleans up much more reliably.
Also, configure it so quarantined messages go in a different file system from
your spool directory.  If you download the latest beta, it puts quarantined
messages in /var/spool/MD-Quarantine by default.

It's safe to delete any mdefang-* directory older than an hour or so.
