[Mimedefang] Heads up for SA + DNSRBL users

I found out the hard way, that you should set your timeout to 5.
A large timeout will cause spamd to spew a million processes, if the rbl
lookup times out.
I had to restart to fix this problem.

I reccomend setting the timeout to 5.
