[Mimedefang] -test and -f don't seem to go together.

I'm trying to make the transition from 2.33 to 2.34 as easy as possible
(with mail turned off for the minimum amount of time), so I want to
prepare a new /etc/mail/mimedefang-filter for 2.34 before upgrading.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to run

  mimedefang-filter-2.34 -test

on anything other than /etc/mail/mimedefang-filter, but of course I don't
want to put the new filter in that place until I've upgraded to 2.34

In general, it would be nice for -f and -test to play nice together, to
make testing easier when modifying a filter.

What' I'm experiencing is a few seconds of mimedefang thinking about
things and then finishes with no output. Exit status is 1 no matter what
is in the -f argument.
