[Mimedefang] Can MD/SA combo detect no reverse ip?

The RFC's do not, but as of a couple of weeks ago AOL does.  This may
force more people to fix reverse DNS than just about anything else could,
since hate-em-or-love-em too many sites legitimately need to communicate
with AOL users.
