[Mimedefang] mimedefang+multiplexor error ?

ok, i run the init-script and then sendmail, and it did not work, this is 
the output:

i uncomment the socket options:
# The socket used by the multiplexor
MX_SOCKET=$SPOOLDIR/mimedefang-multiplexor.sock

and in the sendmail.cf i back to the original:

Xmimedefang, S=local:/var/spool/MIMEDefang/mimedefang.sock, F=T, 
T=S:10m;R:10m;E:10m

where is the problem ?
