[Mimedefang] minor bug in rpm -V for mimedefang

It appears that a rpm verify for mimedefang returns the incorrect result.

Reproduce Problem:
Install mimedefang-2.33 from from rpm package.
run rpm -V after installation:
It gives the incorrect user/group ownership for the mimedefang directories.
I would guess this is occuring because the permissions for these
directories are set via script during the install process.

Results Below:
bash-2.05a# rpm -V mimedefang
.....UG.   /var/spool/MD-Quarantine
.....UG.   /var/spool/MIMEDefang


Expected Result:
rpm -V mimedefang should have the User/Group for these directories
correctly set in the rpm database.
