Well, that *looks* normal for streaming by recipient.  What do you see if 
you type "mailq -Ac"?  If the messages show up there, chances are that you 
don't have sendmail running a client queue runner.  The README suggests 
"sendmail -Ac -qp1m" which will run once a minute.
