[Mimedefang] Directories under MIMEDefang

They are quarantined messages.  Somewhere, your filter is calling
action_quarantine.

You can delete them if you don't want to keep them around.  If you don't
want them generated at all, remove the calls to action_quarantine.

Be aware that in the current beta, and all of the next releases,
MIMEDefang will put quarantine files under /var/spool/MD-Quarantine by
default, instead of under /var/spool/MIMEDefang.
