[Mimedefang] Unknown error message

When I am sending a mail, he/she sends it correctly but it doesn't
filter it. When I notice the maillog it leaves me:     

Jul 21 16:15:40 amgs-mail sendmail[2220]: h6LJEexs002220: Milter
(mimedefang): timeout before dates read    
Jul 21 16:15:40 amgs-mail sendmail[2220]: h6LJEexs002220: Milter
(mimedefang): to error state

(mimedefang): init failed to open    
Jul 21 16:15:40 amgs-mail sendmail[2220]: h6LJEexs002220: Milter
(mimedefang): to error state    

And it doesn't filter it, I can receive it correctly.    
Does somebody know that it can be?
