[Mimedefang] mysql and minedefang question

I currently use mysql for users whitelists, required_hits etc..  I turned off mysql. 

Now I still want email to be delivered, even though the filter dies and complains.

Is there something i can add after the 
$dbh= DBI->connect("DBI:mysql:spamassassin:IP","User","Pass");

to accomplish this.
