[Mimedefang] How pass SA a lower trigger level?

This is likely covered in the archives or the docs but I haven't found
it, yet. So I'm asking. I have a remote account that lives on a spam
friendly site. Unfortunately the spammers use it. My MD/SA combo catches
most of the crap but today I noticed a marked increase and that SA
warnings were inserted but the trigger level reported was above the hit
level I have set for MD.

Here is the MD/SA report:

X-Spam-Report:   ---- Start SpamAssassin results 6.50 points, 6.5
required;
        *  0.1 -- BODY: Message is 60% to 70% HTML *  0.1 -- BODY: HTML
included in
        message * 4.9 -- BODY: HTML has images with 0-200 bytes of
words *  1.3 --
        Date: is 6 to 12 hours after Received: date * 0.1 -- Message
only has
        text/html MIME parts ---- End of SpamAssassin results
X-Spam-Flag: YES
X-Spam-Scanner: SpamAssassin 2.55 (http://www.spamassassin.org/) on
        dsl.pathtech.org
X-Spam-Score: 3.5 / 4.0: 87.5%
X-Spam-Tests:
        DATE_IN_FUTURE_06_12,HTML_60_70,HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_02,HTML_MESSAGE,MIME_HTML_ONLY
X-Spam-Disposition: Suspected
X-Scanned-By: MIMEDefang 2.33 (www . roaringpenguin . com / mimedefang)
Status:
X-Evolution-Source: pop://gerry@mail.pathtech.org

I would like to know how to make SA results more consistent with my MD
hit level of 4.
