[Mimedefang] Blacklist or Access File

I Currently am running a SA/MD/Sendmail combo and enjoying
it greatly.  I have a relatively large list of domains and
email addresses that had accumilated in an access file for
sendmail prior to install SA/MD.  I left the access file in
place during the installation, and was wondering, which path
would be better for the machine for utilizaition and the 
works.  

Would it be better to move all of these "REJECTS" into the
blacklist portion of the sa-mimedefang config?  Or, would
it be better to leave them in the access file?

Thoughts?  Comments?
