[Mimedefang] Error configuring mimedefang

RedHat very often patches things but keeps the version numbers the same.
However a "stock 8.12.8" sendmail does have security issues and was very
quickly replaced by 8.12.9.  It's possible your RH version has the patches
that make this a non-issue.
