[Mimedefang] Problem getting notification messages

Are they sitting in your clientmqueue (Typically /var/spool/clientmqueue) 
and are you rinning a sendmail clientmqueue daemon?

i.e.
root      1716  0.0  0.7  3372  896 ?        S    Jan28   0:01 sendmail: 
accepting connections
smmsp     1724  0.0  0.6  3264  796 ?        S    Jan28   0:00 sendmail: 
Queue runner at 00:10:00 for /var/spool/clientmqueue
