[Mimedefang] Problem getting notification messages

Hi everyone,

I am having a problem getting notifications when the functions
action_notify_administrator() and send_quarantine_notifications() are
called. Here's what my log files look like:

Jan 31 10:18:55 mercury sendmail[21303]: h0VGItnf021303:
Authentication-Warning: mercury.simutronics.com: defang set sender to
defang at simutronics.com using -f
Jan 31 10:18:55 mercury sendmail[21303]: h0VGItnf021303:
from=defang at simutronics.com, size=1388, class=0, nrcpts=1,
msgid=<200301311618.h0VGItnf021303 at mercury.simutronics.com>,
relay=defang at localhost
Jan 31 10:18:55 mercury sendmail[21303]: h0VGItnf021303:
to=defang at simutronics.com, delay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=30193,
dsn=4.4.3, stat=queued

As I'm sure those of you in the 'know' knows, the '-f' switch is a sendmail
function and it says that only 'trusted' users can use the '-f' switch. The
mimedefang processes are running as defang, the $AdminAddress and
$DaemonAddress are both set to defang at simutronics.com and defang has been
added to trusted-users file (sendmail.cf -- Ft/etc/mail/trusted-uses).  From
the log files message(s) it looks as if the messages are getting queued, but
they never shows up (defang is aliased to me in /etc/aliases) and mailq
doesn't show the message waiting in the queue (they're not even bouncing to
root/postmaster).  I'm running Mimedefang 2.28, Spamassassin 2.43, Sendmail
8.12.7 and clamAV 0.54. I sure would appreciate any suggestions or help
getting this resolved.

Thanks,
Jim
