Thanks for your replies :) I looked into it for, a few make cleans, makes ..etc. I realised that the make continued after the p5-File-Scan wasn't detected. I installed it and re-ran a make, it found my clamav and now it runs perfectly :) I'll look into clamd now, now i've solved that problem.
