[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang and SpamAssassin Question

Posted this to SAtalk but haven't had an answer yet so I thought I'd try 
here.

I have a RH 6.1 server running Sendmail-8.12.7, MIMEDefang-2.20 and 
SpamAssassin-2.43. Everything seems to be working great with just one 
exception. Messages that are spam are getting a SpamAssassin score, but 
are not being sent to quarantine or deleted. They are arriving at users 
Inboxes just like any other messages except that the score is attached. 
How do I get the messages moved to quarantine? I also have ClamAV-0.54 
installed and it does move infected mail to the quarantine.
