[Mimedefang] Razor problem (maybe SpamAssassin)

I'm running a FreeBSD 4.7 system with Sendmail 8.12.7, MD 2.28 and 
razor-agents 2.21.  This has been working happily for a week or so now.  
Until about an hour ago that is, when suddenly I start getting MILTER 
timeouts.  The razor-agent log shows that razor is completing nice and 
quickly (second or two).

Removing razor by commenting out $SALocalTestsOnly in mimedefang-filter 
solves the problem.  I've set "skip_rbl_checks 1" in local.cf for 
spamassassin so it shouldn't be calling RBLs.

Thoughts on how I can narrow this down?  What's really annoying is that it 
only just started - I haven't done anything to that box since yesterday, and 
even that was a re-install of libpth (that thought it was installed, but 
really wasn't).
