Well, I've been using the "tempfail-unknown-senders" rule quite successfully.
If you go to http://www.roaringpenguin.com/canit/ and log in as demo/demo,
you can see the hit-and-run statistics at:

For some reason, the spammers are picking on msn.com:

http://www.roaringpenguin.com/canit/reports.php?what=hit-n-run-dom&domain=msn.com
