W32.Sobig.A at mm is out for a couple of days :
destails on http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.sobig.a@mm.html

Either block big at boss.com through your favorite MTA
or consider Sobig like Bugbear, Yaha,... (no sender notification for 
these virus names).
