[Mimedefang] ./configure problem

Hi everyone;
I am trying to install MIMEDefang on redhat 6.2 and sendmail 8.12.6 but I am
getting to those errors, did anybody experiance the same prolem before, I
reinstalled sendmail 3 times and I am still getting the same error.

warning: Oops.. I couldn't find libmilter.a.  Please install Sendmail
 8.12
configure: warning: and its libraries.  You must run Build in the libmilter/
dir
ectory
configure: warning: to compiler libmilter.
