[Mimedefang] inet option & mimedefang-multiplexor & performance

The method you are suggesting will add more load and problems then seperate
it. Use the multiplexor and keep it all on the same box. You also reach a
point that even if your frontend box is board your scanning  box is maxed
out so pretty much you have one wasted box in this process.
