Looks like a postmaster message, or over-quota bounce to a spammer.

Add mydomain.com as a REJECT or "550 Spam relay DENIED" in your access
map.

If you really have to mail other valid addresses at this place for some
reason, use deliv at mydomain.com instead of mydomain.com.

This type of blocking alone has probably cut inbound spam on systems I
admin by ~20%.  ;)
