[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.31-BETA-2 is available

Hi,

MIMEDefang 2.31-BETA-2 is available at the usual:

	http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/#download

The only change is elimination of stdio in many places to reduce
the problem noted by Nik Clayton in his message:

WARNING: The elimination of stdio is a MAJOR CHANGE.  Although I have
tested this beta on Linux, and verified that it compiles on Solaris
and FreeBSD, I do NOT recommend using it on a production system.  However,
please test it if you can and let me know if it helps.

Note that this change should only make a difference on very busy mail
servers.
