[Mimedefang] Bypassing outgoing mail

 downloaded the entire 15 Meg archive and tried all the examples I found, 
but none of them worked, including yours.  They all make sense to me and 
should work, but everything (both incoming and outgoing) is still passing 
through MIMEDefang.

What am I doing wrong?
