Just use the sysV init script which comes with the MIMEDefang source. It
works on RedHat. Be sure you call the "/etc/init.d/mimedefang start"
before the sendmail daemon will start. And stop it after the sendmail
daemon ist stopped. Also double-check your milter call line in
sendmail.mc that the MIMEDefang INPUT_MAIL_FILTER points to the
MIMEDefang socket respecting the correct typing. Any fault in pointing
there to a wrong/non existing directory by mistyping i.e. MIMEDefang as
MIMEdefang will lead to the known error message.
