[Mimedefang] How to trap this spam

Keep in mind I don't believe it catches then via html tags, but by the Random
Uppercase chars in the subjects.
You may or may not wish to change the scores, that's really a site decision,
I didn't, but I reject at a low score of 4.5 total.
