[Mimedefang] Quarantine notifications getting quarantined?

You probably want to allow all mail from localhost (127.0.0.1) in your
filter so this doesn't happen.  You already mentioned that you did that, so
good!

I'd be interested in seeing the SA scores to know why the quarantine messages
got quarantined.
