I have to agree.  I'm evaluating CanIT Pro and pushing the requisistion 
today(shameless plug for Roaring Penguin -- gotta help feed David<G>) and 
the greylisting on one old inactive account is blocking 100 percent of the 
spam. I am defintely keeping that setting turned on!!
