You might want MX_EMBED_PERL=yes also.

Do NOT put your mail spool on a ramdisk!  It's OK to put
/var/spool/MIMEDefang on a ramdisk, but not /var/spool/mqueue.
Putting /var/spool/MIMEDefang on a ramdisk will help throughput a lot;
you should easily achieve 5 or 6 messages/second on that hardware.
